RITZ CARLTON - COCONUT GROVE, FLORIDA (MIAMI-DADE COUNTY) Services Provided: Full civil engineering to include water, sewer, paving, grading, drainage, and permitting.

RAINTREE GOLF AND RESORT - CITY OF PEMBROKE, FLORIDA Services Provided: Professional planning, surveying, and civil engineering including rezoning, site plan preparation and approval, platting services, and planning services for 206 unit hotel and club house and resort for City and County approvals. Also including surveying of entire property, preparation of civil plans and drainage plans, processing and permitting of development approvals.

SILVER LAKES PARTNERSHIP Services Provided: Civil engineering, construction administra- tion / observation, platting, and surveying for the entire 2500 acre project. In addition, Consul-Tech Engineering was responsible for the total infrastructure design, water, sewer, roadway, paving and drainage. Services also included all construction surveying including the initial ground conditions staking for the lakes and canals, for pay quantities and performed final cross-sections for slopes and pay quantities.
